Thai staff recruits like how they coach..

Very stubborn and optimistic in what they have... A system both in recruiting and on the field that does not work... In recruiting they prioritize going national instead of just get 90% SFL kids & 10% out of state kids... They have never and will never embrace or understand our culture that's unique and one of a kind... That's why we'll never run a 4-3 attacking defense even though that would get the most out of our MOSTLY SOUTH FLORIDA PLAYERS..

When faced with adversity whether it's decommitments in recruiting or losing in a game they completely just fold.... They don't make in game adjustments during games which sets up back further in the game, we evidentially lose... and in recruiting we don't have backup plans... We wait till someone decommits or sh*ts on OUR BRAND and than go from there... We desperately try to rally (South Carolina or Nebraska game but it's too late) and I can think of more but this is good enough..

NEVER PROGRESSIVE... NEVER AHEAD OF THE GAME... We are an IPhone 4 and all the other GREAT/ELITE schools are IPHONE 6 PLUS.... WE NEED AN UPGRADE... NOW... But our upgrade isn't up till another 10 months......... SMH thanks Donna

Dog think hard, deez dudes coach better than they recruit. Can't close for ****, all early commits u can't get excited cuz u know they gone later down the road.
