Went to the game with my wife. It’s was rather delicious. The stadium was basically empty at halftime. The crowd was surprisingly apathetic. Georgia St literally beat the **** out of them. It wasn’t some miraculous game with a ton of turnovers or something. They looked like the better team. Pruitt isn’t even a corch. He whatever is below that

I get your point but it’s truly not. App state was a very successful FCS program that could potentially beat mid tier P5’s on the regular. Obviously Michigan was expected to pound em tho

Much of App State-Michigan allure was because FCS-P5 upsets were a relatively new phenomenon at the time. They happen somewhat more often now because you see more good FCS teams on P5 or G5 schedules then you used to. Since ‘07 there have been a handful of games that equal or even surpass App State-Michigan in terms of upset level, but by now we’ve grown more accustomed to such surprises.

Tennessee has fallen on even worse times than we have. Never thought that would happen. Program has tremendous fan support. Amazing they’ve put up with this crap for so long. They can afford any coach they wanted. WTF is going on with them.
