Xevien Brinson is a kid we need to turn the dial up on early, in order to get out ahead of the TE recruiting battle for next class.

Kinda unreal how tapped in we are. We’ve been first to offer so often since Mario tookover. Sidebar, another good sign is no Cody Woodiel tag yet Coach Field was tagged so this appears to be his doing
 
LSU with homecourt advantage, with an out of state prospect, on another elite tight end. Xevien is teammates with LSU commit KJ Green

*** New Miami tight ends coach Mike Viti is starting to set the 2028 tight end board, and it’s clear Top 100 Stone Mountain (Ga.) Stephenson prospect Xevien Brinson is starting to emerge as a top target. Viti visited Brinson shortly after he was hired and has been in constant contact this summer. The next step for Brinson is making his way to Miami for his first visit, which he hopes will take place this fall. Even without having visited, Brinson said Miami is in his top group early on. Auburn, Clemson and Georgia are some other major players in this recruitment.
