His best bet is grad transferring to a big G5 program or smaller P5 program that runs a wide open spread/air-raid system and playing WR. He has no future as a QB so he should just transfer and get plenty of reps, targets and exposure and pray people think hes some kind of edelman clone

Kid will ball out in a group of 5 conference and somehow the media will never ask Manny/Enos what happened with his development/chance to play. He should have been given a chance, even if he wasn't qb1 in the depth chart. We need to somehow pump life into the team and from the outside he seems like the only natural leader in the qb room. The season as far as ACC is lost, but for recruiting purposes we need to do something/anything to win and salvage a somewhat respectable record (I know that what has happened thus far doesnt give us much hope, but we cant lose out)

If he has a medical issue, he can petition the NCAA for another year of eligibility. Not sure if he intends to transfer. I don't see a point in him transferring. The writing is on the wall. His path to the NFL is at slot WR (a la Barrios, Edelman). Interesting.

Medical leave sounds more like for a family issue. We know both the other QB's and Pinckney have injuries. If Martell was injured you would think they would report him as injured.
