That's the only way to coach/call an offense.
You can't just say "well we're going to run the ball 70% of the time" and then be bullheaded enough to run right in to 9 man fronts. That's just asking to lose. You can't limit your playbook.
You have to call the play the situation calls for.
That's why we lost the game.
I understand they wanted to protect the freshman QB but, you know what, if he wasn't ready to run the whole offense then they shouldn't have played him.
That's what's most infuriating about this loss. That's why the upperclassmen are 100% right to be ****ed off that Kaaya started. It's nothing personal against the kid, but if you can't run the whole playbook with him then you shouldn't have started him.
