Pay to park anywhere at the stadium and then just walk over there. BYOB but most out there are happy to share food and drinks for fellow canes.

He isn’t lying. If you are a Cane the others treat you like family. I have walked in with my ticket in one hand and balls in the other. By the time I got to the ticket window I was hammered. Canes fans are the best to their own.
