Any official tailgates to get food? I'm driving down from SC with a couple buddies and a dumbass. We're staying right around the corner and walking over to the game. We will probably carry over a Styrofoam cooler with some pre mix and beer so we're set with alcohol. Just looking for a cool place to hangout with fellow Cane fans and grab some grub. Too old for the blue lot life... and I'm mostly way to chill for that.
Advice?

The Hurricane Club event is sold out. I was told on Saturday that the food was Mission BBQ and vastly improved from past experiences overall. That said, I think it was sold out before the announcement even went out for the week.

There are at least one or two food trucks in the Fan Zone and “bars” there. I didn’t get food there last week so I don’t really remember the details.

I’m gonna be chilling in the blue lot drinking beers with my best friend, eating subs and people watching. Gonna have a pop up and some chairs.

You are correct on it being sold out early. I looked Sunday and sold out. I heard the food is very good from a picky diner.

Still last week’s info, but some still relevant and will update soon I’m sure.
Oh wow thanks, I was looking at the Hard Rock website for info and it was not helpful. I had kinda figured out the fan zone was south side. The uhealth fan zone is in the building? and the rest of the fan zone is that area with the fountain? So I can chill in the area by the fountain and get food? Still checking out the website for more info.

Might have to walk thru there just to see. Let me know how to find you guys but you can't be beating up the dumb *** coming with us. He seems like a good dude but he roots for the gater.

The Fan Zone is outside. Check this out:

You will see a bunch of shots of the area where the fan zone is located -- it is a grassy/green turf area across from the side of the stadium with that large screen on the side. You'll see tables and a "grandstand" area, etc. where they set up the vendors - with the food trucks being toward the back of the lot. FoGo may have been on the stadium side of that street.

If I had a solid plan to really tailgate, I'd let you know. Current plan is head down from Orlando and figure out keeping the kids sane-ish for a few hours vs. setting up shop and cooking, etc.

Awesome, thank you.. That's the side of the stadium that's closest to where we're staying so that works out really well. Now I just need it not to rain so we can all stay sane and have a good time.
