So he's a scapegoating loser and not just a plain old loser like Folden? Good for him. If either guy had any honor they'd resign and quit stealing checks.

How is he buying time when this is only his second year?

Its USF, they dont have to be a 10 win team every year. He just knows that they suck so bad that it cant be just about talent.

Also hes a black head coach so im sure he knows he doesnt have the time to sit on his hands. Its really the boldest move to make over not doing anything, putting all the blame on the players and talent, and making excuses because it puts him under the microscope since there would be know one else to fire but him.

Actually, the boldest move to make is firing yourself and not scapegoating the assistants that you hired.

I feel sorry for the guy. Let's help him out. We can give him Al as OC and Mark as DC. They could help his recruiting in the all important NE corridor. Also, clearly the vast majority of Al's 300 page binder is excuses. That would help him a lot.

USF only paying him $400k and USF not committed to sports, period. The conference mandated they improve facilities in addition to it being very obvious. They have fallen so far behind UCF it ain't funny. Just like we falling behind FU and FSU.

400k is only his base. He makes 1.15 mil/yr.

Taggart's contract is for 1.15 million per year. That 400K is base. That's not unusual. What is a little unusual is that the base ever shows up in public.
 
It's criminal at this point what's going on inside the Hecht.
 
Including Shannon. Seems to me the entire cancerous tumor should've been removed. The entire staff needed to go. If things burn down any more here, I want the entire staff gone. I want NO hold-overs. Zero.
