Yeah, saw yesterday they were trying to trade him. Said they'd waive him if no takers.

Rick Barry is much too old to impress recruits as a symbol of great NBA success (even though he's a Hall of Famer), so I guess our most NBA-successful "recent" grad remains John Salmons who, unfortunately, toiled in obscurity. Be nice for Coach L and successors when we end up with NBA stars we can "show off."

I hope he catches on somewhere else but I think Davon could be a good coach down the line.

Agree about the coaching. I have a feeling he can be a success in any line of work he chooses (if not basketball). Seemed like a great young man while at UM, in addition to being a VERY solid player.
