I was buying tickets to the Miami v NC game, and ended up buying a parking pass for the maroon lot. What is this and is it any good?

Maroon parking lot is a good lot as it is close to the stadium, and, if you are traveling to the stadium on the turnpike from the north, you can enter the lot from the "slip ramp" which makes it a little easier to access the parking lot.
