Why do we substitute so much? Is our team that soft that they can't stay in the game.

Talent isn't the issue IMO in the 1 deep, but when Al is constantly switching in players you can see the discrepancy in talent. We need to find a starting 5 on the OL and let them play the whole game and you bring in the back-ups during garbage time. I have never seen any other team playing their 2 deep the entire game.

Same goes for the defense, if these kids aren't in good enough condition to play the majority of a game that''s another black eye for Golden. Sometimes players need to get into the flow of a game and it has to be difficult when they are constantly rotating in and out,

Thats just the way we golden operates. He coaches this team like he is still at temple. We never have all of our best athletes on the field at the same time. Every year he has a couple of coaches pets that take time from guys who should be playing every snap
 
I'm still baffled by this, absolutely makes no sense whatsoever. Jenkins gets a pic one series then the next series Crawfords in. Bush makes a play in the backfield for a loss, two plays later Carter is in.

I agree, let your best players play and get other guys in the game when things are under control.

I can even see a series here and there, but we substitute like no team I have ever seen before.
