This is what stealing $1MM+ looks like with impunity. Buyout must be north of 50% of the balance of his contract. An I am thinking Barry recieved the same structured deal. So getting rid of him and Coach Barry will cost Miami at least $3MM , ouch plus Manny 's $4MM to Temple. In two years Manny will have cost UM almost $10MM. Not to mention the next OC & OL Coach will want a 80%-100% guaranteed contract after this Enos debacle.

When things didn’t go right at Alabama Saban made the adjustments. Manny hasn’t made any adjustments to the offensive side of the ball. Saban chews his coordinators asses when things don’t go right. Manny doesn’t do that. It’s called respect and accountability. Manny doesn’t have either from his staff. He’s not ready for the head role and it will take at least 3-4 years before he starts to get it right.

And just how do you come up with the "3-4 year" time frame. And you are in the coordinators room at Alabama to have this inside information?? Really a poor post that has no substance or facts

I’ve seen enough of Saban over the years to see the adjustments that he has made. It’s well documented of how he’s great at making adjustments. I think we’ve all seen him chewing his coordinators out. Most coaches don’t hit their stride until after the third year. They have 3 rosters of players they’ve recruited and developed to fit their system. I used Saban as an example, however most of the top tier coaches are good at what I’ve mentioned. Manny simply isn’t there yet. I don’t want him to fail, however he doesn’t seem ready for the big lights. Our record is 6-6 with a decent talented roster. That’s a fact.
