For all the guys at the game (and before the attacks come out, I'm from "Alabammer" and don't have the funds to attend games), how was the new setup in terms of crowd noise? Hard to tell via WatchESPN's FLAWLESS stream. Was it loud and rowdy in there?

It's definitely louder when the crown makes noise in the first half u could definitely tell th difference

Had a great time at the stadium crowd was loud the TV's are huge the music was much better just an all around better atmosphere from when it was sun life. The seats being closer to the field helps as well. Had an amazing time

Cool to hear. It definitely looks great. Stadium was a pretty generic place to see a game the last few years.

Judging from the pa it 'can' b louder but the crowd was not really into the game noise wise as it was never a close game... There were a few instances of unbearable feedback and then Band of the Hour at halftime performed facing visitor N side and not miked up as usual- could not hear them at all on home sideline - so I think the FX r a work in progress- visually stunning as in pics

It looked like an indoor dome game from the steamimg video on WatchESPN...

Bill Poilan, NFL Facilities Committee member and GM diety...talking on NFL channel other day...said S Ross basically created a $1.2B stadium for $500M...NFL and owners taking very hard look at what went right..what to.improve...might be new facilities upgrade model for other teams...all.NFL executives very..very impressed

It makes a difference when its packed. I expect the FSU game to be crazy loud. Tonight was amazing!

I came away impressed, the stadium was nicely filled and it was definitely louder, like the little one hundred club area they have under the seats, hung out there for half time, overall way better than before

LOUD.

MUCH LOUDER than with the open stadium.

You could tell there was a big difference when the players came out of the smoke, and on the first couple of TD's.

Was in section 322 and the volume in the stadium was incredible. Sound system is almost overwhelmingly loud. Crowd was loud and really into it, particularly in the 1st half. I was in the upper deck (opponent sideline) and the stadium captures sound so well that in the 4th quarter there was a pretty loud chant coming from under us in the lower deck (I believe coming from the FAMU band) and I initially looked behind me because I was sure that the chant was coming from there.

I can't believe how much louder the stadium is. In the first quarter when everyone was into the game that place was rocking. HardRock stadium can definitely become a homefield advantage for us. No doubt in my mind.

Two items that had me stumped at today's game:

1. Why didn't we run out of the helmet?

2. Where was our cannon fires after scoring?

Good to see and "hear". Can't wait for bigger match-ups and more asses in the seats. The crowd looked surprisingly good to be a FAMU game. I'm pumped to see what it will look like when/if we keep winning and get a little momentum rolling.

I hate those blow up helmets. Is this a first grade jump jump party? Just bring the smoke. Maybe the team captain should go out and smash a guitar at center field Hard rock style.

I was down in the field box. It was loud as ****, could feel the seats and floor moving on opening kickoff, gave me chills.

It was a much improved experience for sure. And the players seemed really pumped too.

BTW, in addition to what has been the discussed, the concourses are mostly covered by the canopy as well, so there is a much bigger area to sit and drink and eat.
