and from that article this is my opinion

DO NOT SLEEP ON BROWN.. This kid is going to be a MONSTER if properly developed. Better than Prime TVD with the skillset he has. I am cautiously optimistic because he will have a year plus under Dawson who I think is the perfect guy for Brown's development. If everything occurs according to schedule, Brown will be QB1 in 24 and if Canes add a QB it will be for depth purpose. This kid will ball.

I love the potential JB brings for sure, but I'll have to reel it in a bit. I'm hoping you're right though, but we shall see.
