Rick doesn't care much about special teams. Never has, never will. Goes all the way back to his days at UGA. Fans there begged him to hire a special teams coach after it kept costing them games. He didn't.

It's the worst special teams of all time. Richt did nothing to address it before this season. That's straight up incompetence.
