Special teams question

It is obvious we have special teams issues.

To a fan with limited football knowledge like myself it is obvious our punting is horrible.

Can someone with strong football knowledge explain the other issues and what should be done to correct ?

Aside from a special teams coaching change is there any quick fix ?

I guess what I am getting at is there any hope to have this corrected by Clemson ?

Special Teams coaches in college do not coach punters and kickers. They usually just coach up schemes since they are also another position coach with very little knowledge of that aspect. Punters and Kickers have private coaches to handle that.
