Some potential bad news if BoRtch is brought back

There is nothing wrong with a coach hiring their own kid to serve on their staff IF THE KID HAS TALENT (see Kendal Briles).

Jon Richt was gifted arguably one of the most important jobs on a team without having earned it, and so far, he has shown zero competency in performing said job.
 
Besides starting as a GA there, tight ends is a much easier transition to coach than having a primary role (supposedly) on the most important position on the team.

No different than Pete’s boy Brennan. Started as GA then promoted to TE/RC to get a little bit more experience. He didn’t go from bar tender to coaching QBs, one of thee, if not, thee most important positions on the team.

Lol y'alls double standards are showing. Jon Richt has been a GA and was even on an NFL staff. He currently doesn't even hold the whole QB position because Richt has said from day 1 he'll be coaching the QBs. Jon has half a coaching role and a recruiting role. But thats nepotism meanwhile it's not for anybody else.
 
Other bad news is Butch hasn’t done anything relevant in his coaching career
