Yes! I went to Fordham, and at the time they had a program where you could do a joint JD and LLM in tax with NYU (maybe they still do, not sure) so I figured it was worth considering.

Also, my ex-husband's grandfather, with whom I was very close, did estate planning. When I was in college, I asked him why he chose that area of law, since to me it sounded like the most boring choice possible. He laughed and told me it was the best because he'd never run out of clients! 🤣
