We all want lispy lips gone, but in reality what could we offer the next HC?

I believe Mario would come for the right money, but I don’t think we are willing to pay the right money for anyone. So are we stuck with bottom rung coaches and assistants?

I think the Urban thing is not that crazy given his track record. He's not stupid and with the talent down here it would be a quick turnaround.

I'm curious about the AD. I think that hire will really dictate our options.
