I’ll save the whole raging and rambling for the other threads, y’all are doing just fine.

But what now? 90% want Gattis fired sure, but he’s probably not going to be after 4 weeks. What do we do for the remainder of the season?

Garcia has to start over TVD, ok cool. I think he looked pretty good but there are still monumental, glaringly large holes on this roster. Are these guys just bad eggs? We’ve heard about the clique-y nature last season and it sounds like it still persists…after the game, multiple players were b!tching about the crowd size, as If they played anything deserving of a packed house…so what now?

Wait 2-3 classes for Mario’s dudes? Hit the portal like mad again and push guys out? Fire a f^ck ton of coaches? It’s tough man…Steele didn’t forget how to coach. Mario didn’t forget how to build a roster. But…ffs.

What about recruiting, how the **** do you proceed there?

Steele is nothing more than a journeyman. I don't get the fascination with this guy.

He’s had good defenses before. Maybe he’s not Venebles but he’s been around the block before, usually well-coached and solid units fundamentally.

And yet Miami apparently is cursed and sucks the life out of every coach that comes down here.

Yeah but that’s easy to say because Venebles turned out to be a beast.

What if he sucked and then you look at Steele’s Auburn years and think, “****, he wasn’t so bad”

I’m not saying he’s elite but he’s fielded competent units in the past, and up until today we thought this unit was going to carry this team

Unfortunately with school finally spending the money for Mario & staff we’re stuck with what we got. 6-6/7-5 from how we look & top 10 class will fall to 20-30. Rinse & repeat… big picture long term we need to be worried about ACC folding & Clemson, FSU & UNC finding homes & taking some friends & leaving us without a home since we don’t provide much anymore
 
Now what? I’m going to try I to find something to do on Saturdays for the next ten years because Mario will be here into the 2030’s and he’s not changing his ways I can promise you that

Fire Gattis or hire a passing coordinator at the very least. This season is lost so target tons of guys in the portal to fill positions of need. Possibly 20 wide receivers and linebackers. Somehow , someway try and keep the 2023 class intact. It won’t be easy. Neither TVD nor Garcia has it so hopefully Rashada is the guy. We are a bad team rn.
