Simply hiring an OC will not fix UM's problems

1. The OC needs complete control over the offense and say in staff hires and fires.

2. We need a new offensive line coach.

3. We need a new wide receivers coach.

4. We need a new special teams coach.

5. We need a proven defensive coordinator.

The school needs to do a real search and find a quality O staff and steal them from somewhere. If Richt doesn't like it, he can leave. If he refuses to play well with others, that would be grounds for termination. He needs to have control taken from him, as he has shown he can not be trusted with it.
