Richt needs to cut back dramatically on all the slow developing, downfield passing if he's going to insist on starting a woefully inaccurate qb behind an offensive line still exhibiting protection issues. The kid just does not fit what you are trying to do. Either change what you do to fit what your qb can give you or you change the qb.
The scheme looked worse than vanilla... we looked like we were playing pickup football out there at Tropical Park.. smdh.. this is the worse labor day that I can remember LOL.. I cant focus on anything.. feel shellshocked... Go CanesNot really. Blaming the players doesn't even scratch the surface when you consider the failing schemes on both sides of the ball.
Underrated point in that article:
Mike Smith, Jennings, and Knowles we’re on the field for that 50 yard run.
I've voiced my opinion that Richt should hire an OC for 2 years now. Rosier should not be a QB for any team certainly The U. Can't continue with Searles OL coach. I see teams do far more with less talent "every" Saturday. You cannot play DB running away from the wide receiver! If the backups worse that Rosier then ****!!!!!!!!!!! Lastly I spent 3 days in Athens to a person they said Richt was too soft and so were his practices and teams. They said Kirby don't give em a break and has physical practices.
