Should we give Camden Price a shot?

I know it doesnt all fall on Bubba Baxa, but he hasnt exactly performed well under pressure. Just a thought. Opinion's welcomed...

TBH... I really don't feel its Baxa fault. I reviewed film 2x and the place holder hands is not accurate when place holding the football. Plus his spin and timing on the ball when receiving it is a little off. Check the game again to see what i'm talking about? If you can see what I see fellas. This needs to be fixed and its mind blogging how no one on the staff can critique it or see it. Place holder looks nervous! - No wonder we hear so much of BAXA knockin down these 50 yrd fg's in practice but cannot make a 25 yarder in live action.

None of the coaches know anything about kicking or special teams, that’s why it hasn’t been fixed and likely won’t.

So you really have no idea what their actual experience level is.

Nope. Our fans just love to bytch and never offer any real solutions to problems. Welcome to what happens when the Canes have been irrelevant for 15 years; people just lose their damned minds.

Here's my thing though Baxa missed fgs last year also and all the ones he miss are in crucial situations. Last year the opener against lsu early in the game to bring us within a score crowd going crazy he missed it, fsu later on he has a chance to make fsu have to score a touchdown to win the game misses it. Dude was down right having a panic attack before the kick on Saturday. He wasnt even practice kicking before and he knew he was about to kick. Looked like a deer in headlights.

The solution has been offered up a million times. Fire Patke and hire a real ST coach or get a former kicker to help Baxa. Manny is the only one who doesn’t seem to have that solution

I do know and it’s zero. Patke was a grad assistant before Manny got him a job. But let’s be honest it would be even more alarming if Patke and Manny had coached ST before this and it still looked this bad.

Agreed, I couldn't believe when they showed him on the sidelines like he was a spectator. It's also on the coaches, tell him to get his leg warmed up or something to get him in the groove, it would have been good from sixty had it been straight, it's mental. The block was a disgusting effort by our 350 lineman getting run over. Pathetic.

It's crazy some of us are seeing these minor adjustments that can be fixed . I just don't understand why things are still ongoing since the Kaaya days.

Like what are we doing here? I trust the process and I'm not talking Golden era. Just some issues that concerns me still... It's the small things in the details that can be fixed.

Especially when you have a bye week to make sure you have everything in tact leading up for a UNC game. ACC Conference game at that !

(GOT 2 BEEEEEE MORE CAREFUL)

Alan Iverson said, practice your talking practice. Does Baxa have a different practice holder?
