Nice write up about him. It is absurd that he wasn't drafted but this way he was able to pick his own team.

I think anyone who followed Canes hoops the past few years knew McClellan would make a name for himself at the next level. He is one of the most complete players to ever come out of our program.

Fantastic news for Sheldon. Watching him over the summer, the Wizards just had him stationed on the wing as a three point shooter, so I was worried about his chances. But, in an early preseason game he was allowed to handle and drive. He also showed the ability to defend. All Sheldon needs is a chance and a team that believes in him. He may never be an all-star but he could develop into a rotation player.
