I continue to be confused as to whether Mark Walton is '15 or '16. I hear something different every day.

What's the 411 on Amir Rasul I hear very little if him but the little I do hear is good supposedly elite speed on Sammy Watkins/ Chris Johnson level

I'm a big fan of Rasul. Excellent size/speed combo for a HS junior (6'0", 200 pounds and holds the Junior Olympic record with an 11.03 100m). Can turn the corner with ease as an outside runner, shows a nice burst, and has breakaway speed.
