Of positions on defense. Word on the street is Garvin is moving to SLB. Apparently he can blitz and still close on the flat.

That is dumber than McCloud playing SLB. Quality QBs would audible to his side of the field and force him to play coverage...which I think teams started to do because McCloud is a liability when he plays the pass...

Yeah. Let's take one of most explosive edge rushers and make him cover in space instead of rushing the passer. This is a totally sound idea that isn't D'Onofrio level retarded.

Rousseau is being recruited as a hybrid DE/OLB

and now Garvin is being moved to LB

We already drop DEs into coverage a bit, and have used 3 DL quite a bit under Diaz.

Whatever keeps McCloud off the field until he proves he should be out there is fine by me.
