SEC relaxes transfer rules, clearing path for UF's Jefferson
Only applies if a school is under sanction or for grad transfers. I don't see what the big deal is other than Sabag worried about some of his "secrets" getting outted. He was the most vocal opponent. There are hardly ever any schools under sanction and most grad transfers I've seen are not 4 or 5* players - they've already left for the NFL or moved on after getting their undergrad.
