We need to do it again fr. Its MAJOR, especially since the university is so insulated and many students graduate and bounce where ever they came from.

I assume this is already being done, but we should always be sending players to meet the youth and make an impression on them. Let them know at an early age that The U is their local school, is an historic program, and they should strive to rep it
