Find it interesting that Satan feels as if corners and safeties are the premiere position in today’s CFB on the defensive side. The one area they strike gold in along with UGA and others in South Florida. We’re doing great bringing in safeties and strikers, but until we start getting elite corners we’ll never defeat the likes of Alabama and Clemson.

We're missing "Know How" in coaching and recruiting. My message to Manuel would be to realize that he is not good HC and bring in Coordinators and Assistants that are far better than he.

We aren't doing great if they are apple picking safeties and corner in sfla. Them doing well is a sign of we are doing bad.

Its all passing game now, top qbs and WR on Offense, with high emphasis on DB. Trenches will always be valuable, we have seen rb and lb types move in draft, fb dam near extinct.

Well since Johnny Manziel was at Tx A&M you could know that spread concepts messed up his defense. Teams like Ole Miss go up n down the field on them. The issue is they had to change to the spread something he obviously doesnt like...and they have been lighting people up to...but dont play the ball control sh*t he likes as much so the other teams gets more series to light up his defense.

5 stars at every position on defense and is crying and gives up almost 50 to the Ole Miss of the world.

Manny’s defense is good enough to win at this level. Our issue is offense

last night, coverage breakdown aside, we held them to 14 points. they average about 20ish and they had their starting QB back which they kept saying wouldn't play. D did enough to win that game going away esp in the second half when they stiffened up. our O needed to get on track and they didnt. kept the game close

If the refs called offsides in uva they never get the second td. It crushed momentum

they gave up 600 plus yards to a freshman QB. its why people need to stop comparing todays defenses to the past. it has changed in how we view a D. theyre all going to bend and give up yards. if you keep the game within the 20s and get some turns, youre gonna win a lot of games.
