When you let trashbuckets hang around you can get burned and we saw it last night.
There are many great threads out there and I have a slightly different take. I don’t think this team is soft or mentally weak. Personally I see a team that fights to the end, overcomes adversity. Plays hard and is in great shape (minus a few craps, but if you watched the LSU game, they won but their conditioning is a mess). They just don’t have the athleticism to be dominant.
Bandy, why ppl harp on being 6’0+ at corner because likely he picks that ball when bailed on his blitz to cover.
Shaq & Pickney when they aren’t shooting the wrong gaps they see plays and just can’t get their.
I mean I can list more but you guys know them already.
Manny holding the timeout after Jeff Thomas catch as baffling.
He’s not an idiot he knows baxa ain’t making that but you have to send him out there at that point.
There was a ton of talk about the offense and they turned it around hopefully the defense gets the same message.
Jarren Williams (will get there with time) is great on everything except his deep ball timing. He doesn’t have the arm strength to hold it and rip it so once he gets his anticipation down he’ll be fine. That throw to Hartley should have been a touch down.
My feeling on this team is...we got this. But solely because we have a darn good QB, an NFL TE, two Dope RBs and KJO.
