In fact I would guess that one of the cornerstones of the AD interviews would have to be, “You get to come here & have Mario Cristobal as your HC”.... It’s a take it or leave it proposition.

I have no problem with it by the way. It been a difficult process. Mario has been there guy which is fine with me. They just can’t be surprised if ADs were not completely in line with that therefore that pool of ADs tightens with the caveat.

Radakovich is one of the best AD out there. Even If he was the only one that wanted Mario. I’m good with a Dan Radakovich-Mario Cristobal pairing more than most Lane-(insert AD) combination.

This is probably why Rad is thinking. I already didn’t pick my HC. What if my HC wants to be more full control than I want? What if I am not in control of other decisions? Dabo is a known quantity. But its 3 million freaking dollars.
