Maybe that's the problem. They are hiring too many old white guys who hate Miami already and are missing out on qualified DEI candidates that would come in without a Miami hatred already in place.

But it’s also happening through out college football and usually it was mainly against Miami. . But I have seen some atrocious officiating in the SEC as well. Against Auburn v.s Georgia that goal line call was criminal. Auburn QB clearly scored.

The announcers even mentioned the lack of holding call on the refs literally four times during the broadcast. It is egregious and inexcusable how terribly biased they are especially when the lead official has a clear line of sight to the o-line.

I'm mostly poking the anti-DEI bear haha, but the lack of calls we get is atrocious when it comes to holding. I'm still thinking of a few years back when we had that amazing DL under Manny and didn't get a single holding call in our favor the entire season, despite having a top 20 (top 10?) DL. With that kind of DL, it's impossible not to get a hold and definitely makes even the most anti-conspiracist start to wonder if they are against you.

An OT grabbing a DL around the neck isn’t holding as long as the DL doesn’t go the ground. If the OL grabs the DL around the neck area, and the DL stays on his feet, it’s not holding.

Bain is being held an awful lot but I would like to see him finish a little bit better..he should have had 2 sacks on Saturday.
