One thing that always stuck out to me as odd was how Rosier seemed to talk about his improved leadership by always referencing him "getting into players when they messed up".
Red flag IMO.
He's confused leadership with just yelling and ripping into guys. Leadership is picking guys up around you, making them better.
He also has to take care of himself, first. Guys aren't going to response to Rosier yelling at them about a wrong route/dropped ball/missed block if he's out there airmailing open receivers left and right (with a nonchalant attitude). Quickest way for his teammates to tune him out.
Maybe that's why we're hearing rumors about Richards flipping out on him during the game. I have nothing to back this up, just got me thinking.
Respect is earned. You don't just all of a sudden decide you're going to get in everyone's asses without holding yourself accountable.
