I once heard a coach's philosophy on mistakes:

"I will tolerate a physical mistake. I have no tolerance for mental mistakes"

In listening to MR and even Golden's excuses towards game loses, they always blame it on mental mistakes and immaturity of players.

Question: Whose fault(s) is it that players are committing mental mistakes. It is the position coach and ultimately the Head Coach's responsibility for it simply means that the player(s) are neither ready for game situations nor practiced hard enough on how to handle those mental situations.
How do you fix it: All you have to do is listen to former UM great Randall Hill. You practice each and every situation, whether forseen or not, you practice it like **** until it basically becomes "muscle memory". You actually practice harder than the other team will play in the game so that you are physically and mentally ready to kick their asses. When a player has to think too much about plays during a game, they are basically "Dead Meat".

I also hear MR talk about reviewing film and preparing for the other Team and theirs and our tendencies. MR, Question for you: Whatever happened to innovation? It sure as **** sounds to me like you run only specific basic plays, that's it. What about installing new plays every week that other Team's have not seen? What about keeping the other Team on their heels, guessing on what's coming next? What about truly maximizing your Team's talents? What about giving your Team an edge that could be the difference between winning and losing? Instilling CONFIDENCE in your Team!!!!

Do you all remember MR's comments about our Team during Spring and Fall practices? I heard nothing but accolades towards Rozier, our Offensive line, and basically everything else. Where was the disconnect? It was with MR.

Folks, it is evident to me that it's all about MR's philosophy, which in today's game does not work. This is the reason that UGA parted ways with him. "When you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten"- Definition of Insanity.

Please see/read Saban's, Meyer's, Sweeney's and other successful coaches' philosophies towards mental mistakes, practicing and preparing their Teams for games, and you will see the basic philosophical differences with MR's, hence the normal 2-3 loses per year.

Rosier cant read a kids menu at dennys much less learn new plays

That's an unacceptable excuse. Can you basically say the same about all of our QB's? A coach's job is to teach, coach, motivate, follow up on progress and repeat over and over again until your players and Team are successful.

get him out of here

the time is now

admin you need to move now or I swear to you there will be no coming back

we DON'T HAVE TIME with the way college football is moving, act now or we are done
