On a side note. You think the elite coaches who don't call plays are "bored" preparing and smashing opponents?
Teams with great offensive minded head coaches have longevity. Other teams looking for a head coach will always poach your top offensive coordinators. That's why its great to have the offensive mind at the top so there's not much of a drop off when new coordinators come in. Unfortunately it looks like Richt is pure kaka offensively.
