Richt should stop being O-Coordinator to focus on recruiting

I know it won't happen but we have good coaches on the staff but they cant all recruit. look at clemson georgia alabama and ohio state they all have coordinators which allows the head coaches to be way more hands on with recruiting. One man can simply not do it all. think about this during the spring,summer, and fall Richt has to game plan and teach qbs because lets be real it aint lil richt teaching. For instance all saban has to do is oversee everything not be fully invested into thing.
