So it's the dead period and there's officially no more Miami hurricanes football.


We need something to pass the time until a DC and DB coach is named and NSD rolls up on us


Haven't seen a thread like it (although did for coach KOOL). Figured we can all post clips/quotes/stories related to our new head coach that'll excite us for next season

here's a few to get us started:

Looks like Finebaum has a hard on for Richt. Let's see if that changes his stance as Miami being a terrible job and less appealing than UCF.

This is what we need in a Head coach. Also when he was a savage and still calling plays. I'm confident this is the Richt we get now that he's got a chip on his shoulder

this is the goods. Includes a reference to miami whipping florida, beating FSU on one of the infamous kicks, and Richt beating bobby bowden. Also didn't know Georgia was the first team in history to win 13 games. Also year two there and he does this, Winning sugar bowl for first time in 20 years for them and 13 wins.

also a stat..(considering we haven't won a bowl game since 2006.. MPC Computers bowl 21-20 over Nevada smh)

Richt is 9-5 in bowls at UGA and ALL 5 losses are by 5 points or less. yeah a loss is a loss, but it beats the **** outta 40-3 stomping LSU gave us, getting demolished by ND, or losing to Louisville 36-9 two years ago
 
He's always has the very cool and collect way about him. Thought maybe it was because he was older, but after those videos I feel much better.

That reference was to fsu whipping Florida that year. Otherwise pretty cool stuff.

^it's georgia obviously so theres that... but pretty cool insight to how richt runs his practices/teams. Several dozen videos over all the years via the same youtube handle
