At some point this constant turnover at the Canes and the Dolphins HC's
should end.Why would the top recruits come to the U or free agents sign
with the Dolphins if they have a new coach every 3-5 years?
Can Richt recruit the five star recruits at the same rate as Nick,Dabo and
Jimbo over time?I think he can but some major changes have to be made.
First,you not going to win with minor leagues asst.coaches.Example,you
cannot lose a coach to Bama and replace him with a HS coach.Second,get
a OC because you need as many top level recruiters as you can get.Third,
play the LSU's and Bama's but not the opening game.Fourth,as AD,I would
extend Richt's contract but as AD these are the changes your going to make.

Why would 5 stars want to play for a crappy coach who has 4-5 game losing streaks on an annual basis even if he'll be coaching for their entire time?

We already have a dumass AD who extended mark’s contract.
