This kid could play either side of the ball.... I like him on the defensive side of the ball

Nice athletic prospect...I really like his film.

He can really move for a big guy. From his squat/dead lift numbers it looks like he has a good work ethic.

Keep up the STA pipeline!!

It's pretty absurd that year in and year out STA stays having a D1 sized DL (usually with at least 2 BCS prospects on it)

His team 2014 OL Ryan Crozier didn't get a UM offer an ended up at Uconn an rozier had better mobility and strength numbers. This kis list a 500 lb squat and 400lb dead lift but does not mention his Bench press which is a key for a tweener type Linemen. Also this guy provided more depth support than starter role at STA. In 2013 STA's starting NT was Colton Lynn and lets put it this way the kid was 6 ft 285lbs and could bench press over 500lbs as a Junior in high school. I would love Lynn to either walk-on at UM or be a late summer addition if there is a spot available rather than offer Desir-jones in 2015, I wish young mr. Jones good luck in landing an offer to a school.

@Core Values,

Not thread jacking just giving my opinion on Jones and providing support of my statements through player comparative analysis based on his STA teamates. They are also in Jones highlight video, but instead of reviewing the information provided and actually watching Jones's highlight type; you want to run your uniformed mouth ( just stop already, its not a good look for a fellow cane).

Go Canes

First I'm not running my mouth so you can stfu about that. I brought it up because last time you said you hardly thread jack and change to a different player. You just did it again and have continued to do it. Have respect for the OP and the player that HE brought up. Stop changing to the player you want to talk about. Not every thread is about you . Hopefully now you wont run your uniformed mouth and stop jacking threads

How about we just say lets see how this young man performs on the camp circuit the spring and summer an even more importantly his senior year at STA. If he blows up and the canes jump on him great, if not I wish him well wherever he ends up.

Go Cnes
