Rhett Lashlee Interview on Miami and the Offense

Hope we dont have any setbacks, Camp is gonna be crucial. No easing into league play this year, no cupcake games or 3-4 games for guys to figure it out. We gonna have to be ready to roll. Doesnt seem like we took the clemson route of getting everyone covid months ago, so they wont be tested for 3 months. Better keep King in a bubble. Having quarantine during season, yikes..

Can we retire any and all questions about Manny Diaz' father service to Miami as mayor? Junior is his own man with his own accomplishments. We don't have to re-hitch that wagon every time.

I'm just afraid that we set the bar so low last year, even complete ineptitude will be an improvement. Sure, Enos was a problem, but so was the attitude of the team. As soon as the School for Little Blind Girls slapped us, we went into a fetal position for an entire season. But hey, it didn't stop us from dancing. Maybe we learned that from the little blind girls.

Life has it's trials and tribulations. So does the game of football. If you keep worrying about what happened with out the intent to improve it's a hindrance. Dancing on the sidelines was the least of our problems. Now team continuity and preparation was detrimental.
 
Lashlee is going to do very well here. I can't wait to see this offense. Simple, aggressive, tempo, getting athletes in space. Having a good offense at Miami should not be hard.
