Of course the results had something to do with it. And I'm sure he felt pressure from the admin and the fans. But it's a tough pill to swallow for a proud, competitive, successful guy to say that the game has passed him by and he can't keep up. But it's the right decision for everyone.
 
Doubt it was.I think it was more about his having to fire coaches something he doesn’t do especially with his son being one of them.

It will be spun to make him look like a hero which is fine with me.
