This loss stings for sure, not only in taking an L to god**** Virginia, but also in the way we played.
Many people seem to be calling for Richt's head after the game and whether you agree or not, we all know that realistically there is no chance he gets fired this season.
So I wanted to outline some of the major points I thought would be realistic to improve our team and see if you all had any of your own ideas/disagreements or alterations to mine.
1. Hire a new playcalling OC - for obvious reasons, Richt has clearly shown he doesn't have the chops to cut it.
2. Hire a new ST Coordinator - Keep Hartley at TE and recruiting, but we definitely need to improve in all aspects of ST, besides Bubba being quite accurate today.
3. Keep N'Kosi or Jarren in for the rest of the season - This season we definitely don't have any shot at the CFP, and there is no use wasting valuable game experience on Malik. Ride with one of the young guys and get them experience.
4. Fire Stacy Searels - I'm sorry but he just hasn't cut it as a coach or recruiter and you need atleast one of those. I'd add Lil Richt to this as well but you know realistically he won't get fired.
