I think Manny has a serious lack of legit connections inside the coaching community.

That's going to bite us in the *** if he does the right thing and decides to move off some of the coaches on staff.
 
TNM is a farce. It used to be “old Miami” is what people sold. He just rebranded and needs to go back to production job at the **** network...

This x100. Manny can be a "gimmicks guy," but for that to work you need two things: 1) the gimmicks guy to be an elite level recruiter, i mean talk the panties off of mama type level, and 2) to understand what you are and hire professional, competent football men, especially in the coordinator and key position areas.

Bull****. His defenses have been good for the most part. And he’s made proper adjustments to it after ‘16 season.

He just didn’t hire top notch assistants. Maybe that’s his fault, or maybe we can’t afford to (like how Richt couldn’t afford Aranda).
 
I knew we were ****ed when I started seeing the scrubs he was hiring. A rookie coach hiring a bunch of JV coaches should have been everyone’s first guess that this was going to be a disaster. Too bad we have such a terrible, cheap admin. There is a multi national champion savage of a coach that is a huge, winning pos working for Fox right now that would go in raw on this joke of a conference at the U. Instead, we can settle for touchdown rings, terrible fundamentals and shot gunning beers with hs coaches while they send their kids to the SEC anyway. We are Cuck U now
