Seems the NIL has created parity as I watch so many walkover teams from the past winning against what historically should be power teams. Alabama, Notre Dame, Clemson, Texas struggle and look today as Wake Forest pounds GT, Duke way up on Syracuse (not saying GT or Syracuse are power houses but they have played well and Duke and Wake normally would be dogs )or like Vandy last year winning against Bama. When Ohio States played Texas both looked rarher pedestrian. Is this a gamblers nightmare or sweet dream? I'm glad I don't gamble I'd be losing my butt off.

We would not be ranked without our NIL players so my hate for NIL has diminished. Yes we recruit well but recruiting has always been a gamble. Dabo is discovering he was wrong. I thank Manny as he really got us engaged deeply early into NIL drafting early when he was here and looks like he's utilized it to build Duke. Thank God we are more attractive for NIL then many colleges. I'd bet that since NIL started we probably have benefited the most. Our mix of patches via NIL and Florida recruits is ideal. I'll just keep printing rosters and looking up numbers to learn who's who as we win games.

GT going to beat Wake. 17-20 end of 3rd after 17-3 at half.

Duke is smashing cuse without a good QB. All the others that have looked bad have had weak QB play. This is why I’m 100% in for nil QB U.

Manny got us involved in nil? Take a nap dude
From Stateof the U:

Diaz’s first class in ‘19 was a rush job to save the work he and Mark Richt had done prior to Richt stepping down and Diaz taking over. The 2020 class was Diaz’s first full class, and was ranked 11th by 247 Sports and 17th in their composite rankings. The transfer portal class was 1st in the nation. T

Transfers you moron. Not nil
Don’t beat up grandpa Dmoney needs to be able to take vacations and still bank roll the site.

Agree, transfers but not NIL. Mario brought it all: high school, transfers, NIL, better coaching, willing to adjust, and BRO ball

Fraggle: walk over teams like Duke and Wake are beating power houses.

Also Fraggle: not saying GT and Syracuse are power houses.

So then walk over teams are not beating power houses. Your premise is **** like your posts. Take an ambien old man.

I criticized Manny but never hated him. His first OC was highly sought after yet proved to be a disaster but he then brought in Lashlee. Mario's choice for a DC screwed us last year and now he fixed it. Manny loved the U was dedicated but just over his head, now he has found a good landing spot at Duke. I now root for Duke and Saturday was incredible but of course not if he plays us or needs a loss to improve our status. It was his misfortune that Mario wanted to come home or he could easily have remained here. Why hate the man...he did his best. What if we need him to beat an ACC team to get us into the ACC championship????

Oh great one, your forgiveness and magnanimous mindset inspire your followers daily. Thank you for consistently being the voice of reason here, and speaking to me in my dreams.

Manny wasn’t being retained. If he was still here we’d be decades behind the big boys of college football. Please quit posting asap
