Randy recognized bad coaching, why can't AL?

So this is not a defend Randy statement, but more of a WTF AL statement. We all know Golden is messing up seriously with some of his staff members, namely dnofrio. Someone made a statement about Golden's staff and it made me think of the Patrick Nix situation.

Randy hired Patrick Nix and dumped his *** after 2 seasons when he realized he was an idiot for making that hire. I could see Randy dumping coaches as a scapegoat, but I think he genuinely realized Nix sucked. Why can't Golden figure this out?

Those two have been joined at the hip since they came out the womb.
 
Randy fired a current NFL defensive coordinator. Problem with Randy is he wouldn't know a good coach if it slapped him in the face. See Patrick Nix......he hired him for christ sakes.
 
And Randy hired Mark Whipple who destroyed any chance of Jacory Harris becoming a good QB.
 
Randy is about to be two corches ago. The guy sucked balls, got deservedly fired, and is a coaching joke.....LET IT GO.

Another positive of Strong would be all these panthers would stfu finally.

Randy didn't seem like he recognized much of anything. Good coordinator but as a head coach he was constantly in a fog.
 
the thing about being a good coach is you have to motivate, evaluate, make adjustments, recruit, and manage a game. Golden is good at 1.
 
If it is so obvious to everyone that Randy sucked, why aren't things so clear about Al? He's basically an articulate Randy with a tie.
