2nd worse team on 3rd down this year and one of the worse last year. Seriously the kid is good when there is no pressure on him but when it matters he doesnt make plays. Of course the coaches suck but if you just look at the facts on the field it's true. Don't care if So., he is the starting QB and that's what I judge on. If that's your argument, be honest and ask yourself if it's gotten any better?

Kayaa is good, but he is not elite. He still struggles with accuracy issues (cost us points against Nebraska and again near goal line tonight) and seems to make some weird checks at the line, which might be him or Corch Coley.

This loss is embarassing. This is a mediocre Cincy team who doesn't play DEFENSE! Yet they stone us for 2nd half.

I hate the checks at the line tbh. Missed a few throws but the receivers had a ton of drops including Brady who dropped about 3 or 4 of them

He puts way too much air under some deep throws and cannot move his feet. I like the kid and root for him but I'm so sick of hearing how good he is. I want someone good when the game is on the line and I dont see it. Plus he has guys open sometimes but is scared to get hit so he dumps ball off.

Bad play calling, mediocre WRs who can't get seperation, and Kaaya is overrated.

Al got his wish.

Players don't get better under this coaching staff. I've been saying it since the beginning of year 3.

I never thought he was great

I'll laugh at this thread next year when he's a 1st round pick under a competent OC. Y'all miss the point

Told yall he can't throw the deep ball **** was like Larry Holmes flabby and sick.... his deep fades resembles Jacory Shotput harris... if he can learn to lead his player open or make his men go get it he'd be awesome... Tyre Brady didn't help him though when he did throw it correctly

I'm not saying he sucks, but he tries way to hard to put touch on every pass which ends up creating opportunities for the DBs.

He is great. Play calling is terrible. Plain and simple

A great player overcomes bad play calling. This loss isn't on him but let's not crown him just yet. Cincy's D is ranked 100+ in the nation.

Cincy played 3+ corners the whole game , coley needs to draw up better plays. Kaaya still a year away from being elite. The line didn't help at all either

Imagine if somebody like Lane Kiffen was the OC and then ask yourself if you think you'd be seeing the same problems. Kaaya is doing his best to run an offense that has almost zero continuity and consistency in its design.

Coleys offense is kindergarten ****, judging Kaaya based on that is wrong imo.

Guys quit blaming the staff when the ball is in his hand. It's been constant on 3rd downs and when game is on line. Show me the game or plays I've missed. Does coaching suck, sure but you cannot tell me he makes pressure throws. As soon as D gets pressure on him he quits stepping into throws. 2nD worse in NATION on 3rd downs and that was against BCU, FAU and Nebraska. C'mon guys your hoping for something that isn't there. He is good but not anything special.

Why would you use Kiffin as an example? He is awful.

But agree, need to see Kaaya with a real staff. Was dying when Golden told Coley to slow the pace.
