I live in Tally and it looks like I’m going to be out of power for at least a few more days. Thinking of heading to Jax and getting a hotel room until things are better here.

Anyone know a good place to watch the game Saturday night? Just some good TVs and the sound on would be fine with me. Not sure what other games are on Saturday night that we’re competing with, but there’s gotta be a bar/restaurant in Jax that has the sound for all Canes games.

Thanks.

If you go to the beach there are a few sports bars. Sneakers is one. Or any Millers Ale House will most likely be showing the game.

Buffalo Wild Wingz @ The Town Center
Any Miller's Ale House considering UF plays at noon
Wild Wing Cafe

Michigan Wisconsin is the 8pm ABC game so anywhere that isn't a Big Ten focused bar. Also there is an app you can download that lets you connect to a TV and get the sound to the broadcast on your phone. Called Tunity.

What part of town are you staying at?

There’s normally like 80-100 Cane fans in there. They even have guests come and raffle Canes stuff out. Leon Searcy was there for the FSU game. If you’re on Facebook follow First Coast Canes
Good ****! I'm not really on Facebook, but I will definitely start checking out some of the games at Miller's in Orange Park.

Probably baymeadows.

Thanks very much for the suggestions, gentlemen
Buffalo Wild Wings at Avenue Mall (south end of Southside Blvd where it hits US1) is a good sports bar.

Theres an Ale House at Tinseltown just north of Southside/JTB.

There is a Dave & Busters and used to be a place called Trophies Sportsbar (dunno if that is still open) where JTB hits 95.

TopGolf near town center might be cool place to watch the game and hang out.

Dont know if you're going to get good sound at any of those spots, unfortunately.

Only Canes gathering place I know of is the Ale House in Orange Park as mentioned above. That's THE place for sure! But it's a **** of a hike from where you'll be, especially if you're driving back.

I see you're a chicken wing enthusiast.

LMFAO. I didn't even notice it. I could not stop laughing at how big his eyes got when he tasted the wing. From the looks of it, I'm pretty sure that was his first time busting a nut!
