Does he call his own plays?
Because if he doesn't than all we really need him for his for recruiting (he is elite at) and hiring staff. The biggest problems with Richt was his play calling, stubbornness, and the fact he was far too nice. If he doesn't play call what we really need is someone that is not stubborn and isn't afraid to fire someone if the results aren't good enough.
