So who is officially the 2nd string QB?

I say:
In a tight game if Perry has to come out for a play/series or so, I say Rosier.

But in blowout games, we are leading by 28 plus in the 4th quarter give reps to Weldon and Williams (up to 3 more games to reach the maximum prior to RS).

Rosier is the back-up and it is not a question. The only reason Weldon has been coming in, is because it is mop-up time and it would be a slap in the face to Rosier after benching him. Rosier is not coming in just to kneel the ball. But there is no question that if for whatever reason Perry has to come out of the game, Rosier goes in first.

I believe Jarren Williams is the backup quarterback at the moment.

We have more to gain out of giving Williams garbage time reps (but only up to 4 times). But there is zero question if Perry comes out for some reason that Malik is the #2. And rightfully so.
