Lol he’s probably not coming in til the end of the FIU game. Assuming we’re able do a victory formation at the end.

We have have won today but Rosier is clearly not the answer. We were only up 21-7 in the 1st half. Against this clearly inferior opponent we should have score 35+ in the first 2 quarters.

Huh? (As other posted asked above).

Rosier played GREAT today; great passes (some deep ones, fade to Cager in end zone, very difficult across the width of the field pass to Cager); great running, even blocked a few times, and showed some more swag (after one running score he did the shush thing - thankfully no penalty).

Rosier's passes take eons to get to the receivers. Against ACC defenses many of those would be incomplete
 
Maybe that snap he fumbled was a passing play? Maybe we run an RPO and Perry went with the run option? Nah, then the cry babies would need something else to cry about while we win 2 blowouts and FSU is 1-2 while lucky they aren’t 0-3.

Nah, have to respectfully disagree with you. I didn’t really see that this game, except for maybe one longer pass where Jeff Thomas and a defender got tangled up on the sideline - but longer passes of course take longer to get there.
But we shall see when ACC play begins.

I'll admit he did better as the game went on and Toledo's clearly inferior D tired out.. but he's clearly not the answer. We still struggled on 3rd down and he was still as inaccurate as ever. He has not improved compared to last year. What is the point of keeping him as the starter if we know he is going to lay an egg against legitimate defenses and struggle early against everyone else?

He was 13 for 23 for 209 yards with 2 passing touchdowns, no picks, and had another 3 rushing tds with 80 more rushing yards. That’s pretty impressive.

In my opinion, the UM coaches - who collectively get paid millions of dollars to make football personnel decisions, are keeping him as the starter because he presently gives us the best chance to win. Our coaches have been evaluating Rosier for several years, Perry and Weldon for over a year, and Williams for over several months. They know the pros and cons of each QB on the roster. I might have my own personal opinion, like many Fans, but I’ll defer to the coaches, their experience, their expertise and their in depth daily / weekly evaluations and first hand observations as to these types of personnel decisions.

As far as legitimate, or I would say dominant defenses go, that type of defense will make practically every QB lay an egg. Bama, Clemson, OSU and even US back in day are some examples of dominant Defenses that have caused even highly rated QBs to struggle in the past.

For now though I am glad we won today and I am enjoying this victory.
